Whether you're planning a relaxing afternoon with friends, a family gathering, a birthday celebration, or simply looking for a meaningful way to spend time together, this experience offers an opportunity to slow down, reconnect, and enjoy the beautiful world of sound.

Your journey begins with a warm welcome and a brief introduction to sound healing. Everyone will have an opportunity to set a personal intention before settling comfortably onto their own mat, complete with cozy blankets and pillows.

From there, you'll be guided through an immersive sound journey featuring a beautiful combination of instruments, which may include crystal and Himalayan singing bowls, monochord, handpan, gong, chimes, tongue drum, and other carefully selected sounds.

The experience is gentle, welcoming, and trauma-informed, with each participant encouraged to relax and enjoy the journey in their own way.
