Refund Policy

Last updated: October 2026

At Healing Hertz, we understand that sometimes life happens and plans change. 🩷

We want your experience with us to be positive from beginning to end, and we're always happy to answer questions about bookings, cancellations, and refunds.

Sound Healing Sessions & Bookings

We understand that unexpected circumstances can arise.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your sound healing session, please contact us as soon as possible so we can discuss your options.

Any applicable cancellation deadlines, fees, or refund conditions will be clearly communicated at the time of booking.

If Healing Hertz needs to cancel your session and we're unable to arrange a suitable alternative, any payment made for that session will be refunded.

Group Sessions & Events

Cancellation and refund conditions for group sound baths, workshops, and special events may vary depending on the type of experience.

Any specific conditions will be communicated before your booking is confirmed.

If Healing Hertz cancels an event, participants will receive a refund for the cancelled event or may choose an alternative date when available.

Online Shop — Coming Soon! 🩷

We're looking forward to introducing a selection of sound healing instruments and wellness-inspired products in the future!

Our online shop isn't open just yet, but we're excited about what's to come.

Once our shop launches, we'll provide clear information about product returns, exchanges, and refunds before purchases are made.

Check back for updates, and stay tuned for more good vibrations!

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will generally be issued through the original payment method, where possible.

Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and financial institution.

Nothing in this policy limits any refund or consumer rights available under applicable law.
