Products

• If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 14 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
• To initiate a return, please contact us at info@healinghertz.ca with your order number.
• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Services & Bookings

• Cancellations made more than 24 hours before your scheduled session will receive a full refund.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your session are non-refundable.
• No-shows are non-refundable.

Events

• Event registrations can be cancelled up to 48 hours before the event for a full refund.
• Cancellations within 48 hours of the event are non-refundable.
• If we cancel an event, you will receive a full refund.
