Our Services

Healing Hertz offers personalized one-on-one sound healing sessions, couples experiences, small group sound baths, and mobile sound healing experiences by request.

Our sessions may incorporate sound, vibration, breathwork, mindful intention, and energy awareness to encourage relaxation, personal reflection, and overall well-being.

Sound healing is a complementary wellness practice. It is not a substitute for medical care, psychotherapy, addiction treatment, or professional mental health services.

We do not diagnose, treat, or cure medical or psychological conditions.

Bookings and Appointments

All sessions are subject to availability and booking confirmation.
Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment.
Clients may be asked to complete an intake form, wellness assessment, and consent form before participating.
Please share any relevant health concerns, sensitivities, or accessibility needs so we can discuss appropriate accommodations.
Healing Hertz reserves the right to decline, postpone, or modify a session when necessary for safety or other reasonable circumstances.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

We understand that life happens and plans sometimes change!

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact Healing Hertz as soon as possible.

Any applicable cancellation deadlines, fees, or refund conditions will be communicated at the time of booking.

If Healing Hertz must cancel or reschedule your appointment, we will contact you to arrange an alternative date or an appropriate refund for any prepaid service that cannot be provided.

Your Comfort and Consent

Your comfort, boundaries, and well-being are important to us.

Participation in sound healing is voluntary. You are welcome to ask questions, request adjustments, take a break, or stop your session at any time.

Certain sessions may involve instruments placed on or near the body. Any physical contact or on-body instrument use will be discussed beforehand and will require your consent.

Please understand that individual experiences vary, and no particular physical, emotional, or wellness outcome can be guaranteed.

Mobile Sound Healing

Mobile sound healing experiences may be available by request.

Availability depends on location, suitability of the space, accessibility, and the requirements of the session.

Additional travel, setup, and transportation fees may apply. These will be communicated and agreed upon before your booking is confirmed.

Pricing and Payments

All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD), unless otherwise stated.

Payment requirements will be communicated during the booking process. Online payments, where available, may be processed through Stripe.

Prices and service offerings may change from time to time. Any changes will not affect an existing confirmed booking unless agreed upon with the client.

Events and Group Sessions

For group sound baths, workshops, and special events, additional booking conditions may apply depending on the location, number of participants, and nature of the experience.

Any specific requirements, cancellation terms, or additional fees will be communicated before booking confirmation.

Online Shop

Healing Hertz may introduce sound healing instruments and wellness-related products for purchase in the future.

When our online shop becomes available, additional terms regarding purchases, shipping, returns, and refunds may apply and will be provided before purchase.

Website Use and Intellectual Property

The Healing Hertz name, logo, original written content, and other materials owned by Healing Hertz may not be reproduced or used commercially without permission, except as permitted by law.

Some website images, graphics, and other materials may be used under licence from their respective owners.
